Join us for a gorgeous weekend of active and restorative yoga, hot springs and pools, delicious food prepared by our personal chef, and time to totally unplug.
$295 includes a weekend of yoga, food, and hot springs. (everything but lodging)
Imagine this scenario:
You wake up in the mountains and take a short walk in the crisp autumn air to engage in an invigorating morning yoga practice overlooking breathtaking views of Mt Princeton. A nourishing lunch awaits amidst the companionship of your fellow retreat-ees. With a few hours free to do what you like, you meander on down to the hot springs for an afternoon soak or massage before enjoying a relaxing, replenishing restorative yoga class. Hungry after a wonderful day, you sit down for a delicious dinner in front of a roaring fire in the stone fireplace followed by a warm cup of tea and a big, contented sigh. The best part? You get to wake up and do it all over again the next day. Yeah, this is how we do it.

8-10pm Free time: Soak, Relax, etc
9-11am Align & Flow Yoga with Buffy
11:15am-12:30pm Lunch in Conference Center
12:30-4pm Free time: Soak, Hike, Spa (massage and body treatments in the spa-make appointment ahead of time), etc
4-6pm Restorative Yoga with Kristine
7-10pm Tea, Dessert, Music, Merry-making, and Soaking
9-11:30am Active Flow/Restorative Yoga with Buffy and Kristine
After lunch : Free time: Soak, Hike, Spa etc
