“I felt like the restorative workshop gave me a complete toolkit for designing and conducting my own classes. The pace was good, the poses provided and practiced were
varied and useful, the assists were great and everything was nicely packaged such that it was easy to assimilate the information. While I had done some restorative classes prior to taking the class, I feel the workshop I did following the class was more polished and robust. I have recommended the training to others who are interested in restorative.” C.L., RYT
“I was immediately comfortable with Kristine’s warmth, instruction and candor. If it had to do with deepening her or her students’ knowledge and understanding of how to deepen the practice of restorative yoga, she was open to sharing it and to hearing feedback from participants in the training. Nothing was held back- she taught us all the tricks of her trade. The training was rich with well structured information and a good amount of hands-on time in both level one and two. I feel incredibly fortunate to have learned from someone with so much prior knowledge of not just yoga, but a background in body work, deep understanding of meridians/chakras, anatomy and physiology.
Having trained with Kristine I now have a well-rounded ability to assist my own students in getting the most benefits possible from this incredible practice and a deeper understanding of restorative practice as a whole…L. Nash, RYT
