If you have not used Zoom before please download/test the app well before you go to join your first session. It is free and easy to set up!
Please join the Zoom meeting 5-10 minutes before the session start time, and be sure to mute your sound. You can un-mute if you need to ask a question.
If you would like to listen to some relaxing music, please play on your home sound system.
Wear warm, comfortable clothes and socks.
~Yoga Mat or Sleeping Pad
~1 Bolster (or two bed pillows)
~2-3 blankets (mexican blankets or similar, twin size)
~2 blocks (or 2 small pillows or rolled up towels)
~Eye pillow or hand towel
~Two 3-4″ balls* (tennis balls are about 3”.) *If you would like to buy some massage balls from my home studio in Lakewood for $5/ea, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

The fair market value of the class is $10.
You can contribute more or less as you wish.
